Instructions to find the agent were not clear enough. Agent was neither using any vest, jacket nor holding a sign to identify him. My wife and I had to ask other agents about this company’s agent with no luck. Finally we had to speak out loud around the metro station to find the agent. Very annoying and unnecessary situation if the company would be professional. Hope I never ever have to go through this anymore.

We unfortunately were late for our guided tour of the Colosseum due to a taxi issue. We missed our group by 30 minutes
Although we missed our guided timeslot … A gentleman name Ali India helped us greatly by making sure we got our tickets and he got us through the big lineup so we could at least experience our long planned event . We would like to thank Mr. Ali India for his assistance as he was fantastic ! Our family really appreciated your help and we enjoyed our visit to the Colosseum!
