Matteo was very patient as it was hard getting to him with all the closures for the upcoming Olympics. He knew so much about the history of the museum and the art work. We learned a lot and truly enjoyed it.

This was my 2nd trip to the Louvre. Having Matteo as our guide was incredible! He has vast knowledge of every item, it was fascinating learning from him. We’re so impressed and will definitely recommend to everyone we know to book in with Matteo! This visit was so much more fascinating than my first visit. Thanks again Matteo!!!

Matteo was a knowledgeable tour guide. I liked that he started with the history of the Louvre and ended with the "hot spots for tourists" (e.g., the Mona Lisa). This allowed us to avoid getting bogged down by the crowds early in the tour.
My complaint, which was not Matteo's fault, was that we had another couple in the tour with my family. They were a lovely couple, but one of them used a walker. We spent considerable time waiting for lifts or merely slowed down traveling from one part to another. The tour was significantly longer than it should have been. By the end, we weren't in the mood to explore on our own and left the museum.
I feel there should be qualification questions to match tour members. With two teenagers, going as slow as we did made it less enjoyable than it could have been. Had we known another member of our group would require a walker and lifts, we likely would have declined the tour and booked elsewhere.

The history of the ancient parts of the Louvre building was quite interesting to see. The emphasis on showing us some of the oldest pieces in the Louvre collection was good. The guide was especially helpful and accommodating with my husband’s limited mobility. I only wished for more time to see more of the art.

Matteo made our first experience at the Louvre an exceptional one! We brought our three kids (14, 10, 8) and 2-hours in the Louvre would have been impossible without his guidance. We thoroughly enjoyed his insights into the works and his knowledge of the museum. I wouldn’t consider going there without an expert - and he is one! Thank you!!

Matteo gave us a superb tour of the Louvre. He is extremely knowledgeable. Took about 2 hours and he gave a lot of context. Worth it!

This was a great tour of the Lourve! We skipped the long lines which was very convenient. This tour was very informative and helpful for our first time in Paris! 10/10 We would recommend.
