We used the transfer to return to JFK, although we asked for an advance on the previously agreed time, the service found a new driver who reached us punctually. Courteous and spacious cars, very attentive to communication via WApp with photos to avoid mistakes.
The new driver didn't speak English but we had no problems and he was very kind.

Booked in UK via Holiday Extras when we booked the holiday.
Received comms on the day via what’s app about meeting places etc.
The flight was delayed 4 hours inbound but the driver was keeping me updated and confident the transfer would still be ok.
We landed tired and stressed but the driver was on it sending messages to make sure we was ok and guiding us through where he would be etc.
All perfect and a great start to our break

On time. Clean, good communications all the way up to the pick up and drop off. Traffic was very busy in New York but the driver found backstreet routes to keep us moving. Very good all round.

Taxi started to interact with me while I was still in my home country! Made me feel confident. Upon arrival at KFK airport the taxi service texted me and guided me right from landing! Vehicle location was easy to find, taxi came promptly, nice large vehicle, fit all our bags easily. Driver has a little device to talk to us (translation) but it was very effective! Took us long to reach our hotel due to high traffic but the drive was comfortable!

Everything went smoothly. Tony was very sweet and professional. Even though it was a late night flight which required immigration, he was flexible with the time and made sure we reached the hotel safe and sound.
