Can we be reimbursed for the 25 dollar taxi ride to get here and the 25 dollar taxi ride to get back to the hotel? To tell someone 10 minutes before their excursion starts that you have to cancel is pretty rude. Also when a 9 year old was looking forward to this all day you up and cancel 10 minutes before it starts. This was by far the worst experience ever. We got to the spot 40 minutes early because we were so excited. We don’t recommend this excursion at all. There are others just like it that I am sure are wonderful. They did reimburse us for the excursion but we still had to be out of pocket 50 dollars for taxi rides and nothing to show for it.

Your operator did not show and listing on Trip Advisor for meeting spot is no longer open. Even though confirmation was received this clearly was in error. I have requested a refund.
