I teach different pastry techniques, and I give a lot of tips. Pastry is a passion and the joy of passing on to others is above all a lot of pleasure. Classes are given in French and can also be given in English.

We had a MAGNIFICENT time on this tour. Justine was warm, Informative and even patient with our non existent baking skills. Even with our
Less than professional skills, we were able to make delicious cream puff Pastries. The setting was unbelievable as we were able to eat are pastry puffs in the lovely backyard that was filled with flowers. We even exceeded our allotted time but she was more than gracious to just let us stay as long as we wished. If we return again to marseille, This would be a definite stop again. This was an unbelievable and wonderful way to spend my birthday.

My family had a great time making cream puffs with Justine. Highly recommended! I agree 100% with all of the other 5 star reviews. If you’re looking for a fun experience in a Marseille, you won’t be disappointed.

The private french pastry class with Justine was absolutely amazing. She went through all of the intricate steps to help our group prepare vanilla puff pastries. She was so patient, so kind and so friendly! This was truly such a a unique experience to have while in Marseille! 10/0!!!

Justine was such an excellent host for our family of 4 (16 and 18 year old daughters). We made the most delicious cream puffs and she walked us through the process. After, we were able to enjoy them in her gorgeous terrace area.
She was so kind and this was a great experience. We would book again.

The class was absolutely lovely. Justine was so welcoming and engaging over the course of the class and provided local baked goods as snacks and refreshments as well. It was also a beautiful location with an outdoor patio. As none of us went in with much baking experience, Justine was so patient and helpful. We definitely left with not just a delicious recipe and tart-making experience but also more information about baking processes involved and highlights of the Marseille area.

Justine was outstanding! Her is English is superb. She is a fantastic host and experienced baker. She was very patient with us and also gave some great tips for baking French patisserie! The pastries were delicious! We had a great time and her home is beautiful. Would fully recommend!
