The experience was underwhelming. Very chaotic when you arrive with no organisation as to where you need to queue. Once we gained entry the queue for the tram was over 60 minutes. There were few animals to be seen and if you see any they were is the distance and naturally sleeping. Would not rate trip as worthwhile.

Should not have booked with you as you charged me $116 USD and not Singapore dollars, this was then converted from USD and then converted to AUD. This meant I paid an extra $50AUD then if I booked directly. Not happy at all.
