Our tour guide Luisa seemed a bit inexperienced. The night started well, she was quite engaging when we met her at the meeting point. However it quickly went south as she we were left to cover her drink bill at the meeting point which we wouldn't have a major issue with if she had said something rather than leaving us to find out after she left to meet another group. We received no souvenirs as advertised and we had to pay to go to the 2nd party location even though it indicated that all cover charges were paid. To top it off the last stop was supposedly closed by the police so we couldn't go there. The whole thing felt like a scam as we literally went to 2 substitute locations plus 1 that was the itinerary that we had to pay for, we also had to pay for the guide's cover charge as she was supposedly without cash. It was an overall disappointing experience would not do it again!

She was the best guide for me, Im a woman who travels alone and sometimes it is not easy to get someone who makes you feel at home, but Alexa was an incredible guide, I will come back a thousand times.
