What an amazing tour. Lots of amazing views and our tour guide, Eric, was outstanding. There’s a decent amount of walking and Eze can be tricky but it’s all worth it.

Thierry took very good care of us with excellent driving and thorough knowledge of the history and this region of France. It was just enough time at each location. Visiting Eze early before the crowds arrived was a treat. Monaco was the cleanest city I have ever seen.

Smiley the tour guide was a breath of fresh air and I have adopted one of her saying when dealing with this company ( I love my life).
I booked the tour and was asked twice to changed the date and time. I have replied to each contact from the company but was accused of not replying at all. I have kept copies of all emails. I contacted the office by phone the day before my tour but got no reply so was unsure whether I would be pick up until I returned from dinner at 10pm.
Thanks to Smiley for a great day but I will not be booking any tour with this company.

The tour includes EZE and Monaco. EZE in particular outstanding. The guide was very helpful and gave us a description of the places and give us time at EZE and Monaco to take pictures.

Our guide Akis was extremely knowledgeable and this enhanced our experience. The tour is essential to get the most out of the Monaco experience as you would not see nearly as much on your own steam.

OMG ! Our tour guide Akis is exceptionally smart and nice . He enthusiastically shared so much information about the places we went to and was so knowledgeable. I thought he was a History professor. He also was so kind to take pictures of us individually, as couples and as a group. The trip was so educational, fun and a treat to the soul. Monaco is a must see place.

Our tour guide cum driver, Eric, was very patient and helpful to everyone under his charge, regardless of race and nationality.
Eric gave us 1 to 2 hours more of his time, on top of the agreed, stated time, so that we can enjoyed our precious moments in various places better. His minivan can accommodate up to 8 passengers. One of the old passengers got lost in Eze, and we waited for her for about 20 minutes to come back, but Eric didn't lose his temper and he remained cool and calm.
I find Monaco is very affluent $$$ everywhere, really live up to its reputation - ultra luxury cars, yachts and apartments everywhere that I can only dream of.
Eze is a very charming, relaxing old town. The perfume factory is worth to visit as it is a very famous perfume brand and they explain the manufacture process and sell their products at factory prices.
All in all, I feel very happy after the tour and Eric's professional service.

It was nice having a driver to get to these places but she was not a tour guide. I was under the impression I was going to get a bit more explanation of the towns we went to, have her walk us through the sites and everything. For example, we had an hour in Eze but none of us on the tour could figure out how to get to the top view for Eze because our driver didn’t tell us so we missed out on that.
Also, you were not allowed to snack or drink anything other than water in the car - a bit frustrating because we had minimal time in the towns to enjoy any of their food and it was a very hot day.

Th tour operator decided to change the time slot per their convince. I had booked a tour for 2 PM because I had other activities on that day before lunch. but they told me that 2 pm slot is cancelled and I can only go at 8:45 am. when I asked for refund because I had other plans (before 2 pm for the same day) and it is not my fault that that 2 pm slot is not available, they refused to give even a partial refund for their own problem. why should I have to suffer for their problem? if I had cancelled on my own — I would understand that there would be no refund because it is mentioned on their site. but would this not be cheating / theft that I pay full amount for 2 pm tour and then I am told that it is cancelled and that I can only go at 8:45 am and there would be no refund if I cannot make it to 8:45 am tour? there was absolutely no regard for the traveller's time and commitments. my advice to French Riviera travellers is — guided tours are not worth it because you can just buy the train pass and do all the villages yourself at leisure — if you are there for 5 days but the 7 day train pass for 50 euros and you will be sorted.
