This is the best transportation experience I ever had in Hawaii. The driver is very friendly, punctual, and professional. He texted me where to meet at the airport, which is very convenient for finding him. The vehicle is a luxury 2023 Cadillac Escalade, which is spacious. It is equipped with rear entertainment TVs and WiFi, and my son enjoyed watching YouTube. This is my second time using this service. I will certainly use this service again when I visit Hawaii next time. Highly recommended for everyone.

Michael went above and beyond to ensure that we knew exactly where to go and what to expect. It took away the stress of trying to figure out where we need to go. He was extremely communicative prior to our arrival and a couple days prior to departure. We would highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone in need of transportation. We plan to return next year and will definitely be in contact with Michael for his service.

Everything about our experience with Viator was great. They worked to find us someone available to transport us to our hotel from the airport, even though we gave them short notice. Our instructions were promot, clear and easy to follow. Our driver arrived right on time, professionally dressed, and driving a beautiful spacious Cadillac Escalade. We will definitely use this company again and will definitely request this same driver.
