It is important to note that I am very selective about my choice of wines. With over 500 wineries in the valley, many small, fine wine oriented producers are overlooked by large scale industrial operations. We will taste some of Napa’s most heralded wineries (likely ones you’ve never heard of), as well as international wines. I like to champion true artisans and support small businesses!

We loved taking this tour! Elizabeth took us to taste at two different tasting places in downtown Napa and we really felt like we got the local's experience. The wines were delicious and she explained them in a very comprehensive yet fun manner

We took this tour at the very end of our time in Napa, so if you're reading this definitely book it as the first thing you do! We learned so much about wine tasting, we would have loved to have kicked off our vacation with that new information. We are doing our own wine tastings at home now!

Elisabeth is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! She created a truly special experience for my party of 12, innovatively pairing some of my childhood favorite foods with wines. Something I especially appreciate is that her knowledge of flavors extends beyond the “standard” Eurocentric palate that many wine experts are limited to.

I booked this as a gift for my friends who were visiting from out of the country. They had never been to Napa and this seemed like an excellent intro to our weekend of tastings. We learned a lot and appreciated Elisabeth's insight so much that we ended up booking her wine pairings tour as well! My friends, who are not huge wine drinkers, really enjoyed learning the ins and outs of all the different wines we tried. Definitely recommend Elisabeth for all those who are looking to step into this complex world. Thanks!

This was an excellent introduction to wine tasting! If you’re a little intimidated by wine culture like I am, this experience will make you feel more confident. Our guide Elisabeth really knew her wine and it was such a pleasure to learn from a true expert. Highly recommend!

Elisabeth was our tour guide and we were fortunate enough to have a private tour with her. This was my surprise Anniversary gift for my wife. In fact, Elisabeth also accommodated our 3 year old Izzy to join along too! We went to 2 different places and were incredibly impressed by Elisabeth's knowledge in wine. It's a science and chemistry indeed! She answered all of our curious questions as to the texture, smell, and taste of wine and how to truly evaluate the quality as well. If you are really down for a fun and engaging experience, go with Elisabeth as your tour guide. She will cater to whoever is in the tour! We will go back to her tour with other friends! Thank you Elisabeth for teaching us all about wine!
