The 6 hours we spent in Tokyo was a wonderful experience. Mr. Roy was our guide and was knowledgeable. He did not rush us and customized the trip for us. We eneded up covering more than planned and he spent .ore than 6 hours. He picked us up on time and there was never any confusion. He also helped us pick up food based on our dietary needs. Overall a great experience.

The Perfect Day. We travel often internationally and look for opportunities to maximize our time because we never know if we will be returning to that place again soon. We arrived back to Tokyo from a twelve day cruise disembarking at 8AM. Our flight was not departing until 6:30pm. We were looking for a guide that could pick us up and spend the day touring before dropping us off at the Haneda Airport. We also had luggage to keep with us all day. Well we found Roy and we could not have been happier with our decision. Roy responded immediately to all our pre-trip inquiries using perfect English and keeping in touch with us periodically until our tour date. It turns out Roy is Japanese but was schooled in the US making him bilingual. Big advantage when touring in Japan as we found out. Not only is Roy young, intelligent and articulate but he will pick you up in a new BMW SUV or equivalent and have waters eating for you. Roy asked us in advance what we had already toured on our trip so as not to duplicate and then sent us a suggested itinerary in advance. We cannot say enough nice things about this tour service. Roy was very personable, knowledgeable, and a great guide. We covered a lot of ground, saw interesting things, had a great meal, and he gave many suggestions for other cities we will be visiting. very sweet guy.

I had an 8-hour layover at Haneda and booked this private Tokyo tour to fill the time. The host/driver Roy was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to ensure I had a great time and got to explore the parts of the city that I wanted to see. I would absolute book again.

We had a 10 hour layover at Haneda, and found Elite Tokyo Tours. Best decision - turned a potentially torturous layover into a vacation highlight! Roy made it easy to find him at Haneda, and was right on time. Our car was clean and definitely "bespoke." It's amazing how much we packed in to our short visit, without at all feeling rushed. We saw shrines/temples, saw all of Tokyo from the SkyTree, and did a little shopping geared towards our teenage son (shops with anime themes/stuff). But the highlight was lunch - first course at a great sushi restaurant and then second course at a ramen house, both in the "hip" Shibuya district.
Can't recommend Roy and Elite Tokyo Tours enough!
