We overall loved the Cenotes and thought it was a good value for the price.
A few comments:
The trip from the company to the cenote itself was very bumpy and hard on sensitive backs.
Our tour guide, Flash was awesome- very friendly, helpful, fun!
Tequila tasting was yummy and not high pressure at all. Kids had fun swimming while we tasted.
Only big negative that caused 4 stars instead of 5 was we had to wait over an hour after the tour for the shuttle. You could buy food or purchase pictures but we would have much preferred to leave. They also had a fire show and drums which were very loud and overstimulating, especially for any neurodiverse kids. But I understand the desire to offer food and downtime for customers who may have 1-2 hour shuttle home. Highly recommend. Some ear plugs, snacks and cards/games to occupy the kids while you wait.
Overall great and would do again!

I would highly recommend this tour. Chris and Ebo were amazing! Kudos to the entire team! Thanks to Oscar who got us back to our hotel safely! The team if photographers who worked hard to get those perfect shots!

It says small group…. It was a very large group. If you’re expecting a small group tour it is not that! It’s an easy thing to be honest, not sure why they choose not to be.
