Dress in a traditional Japanese kimono and stroll through the charming streets of Japan, capturing beautiful photos and creating cherished memories. We offer a wide selection of kimonos, ranging from traditional patterns to modern designs, with experienced staff to assist you with dressing.
The package includes the kimono itself, sash belt (obi), Japanese clutch, sandals, and socks. Don't worry, hairstyling is available at an additional cost.
If it's not too busy, the dressing process can take less than an hour, and you can set off on your adventure. If you wish to enjoy Japan in a kimono until the evening, next-day return is also possible (additional fee).

There’s nothing like wearing a kimono in Asakusa, Tokyo, Japan. I am especially happy that the shop has larger sizes for taller/wider people. The ladies working at the store don’t speak any English, so do use a translator app like Google Translate or Papago. Despite the language barrier, they were very helpful, and fast at helping my family and I get dressed up. Even our hair took little to no time in getting done! Great experience.

me and my sisters went to do this experience and absolutely loved it! Staff was super friendly, and nice and the kimono's were so beautiful that we wanted to wear them all! We originally didnt have hair styling included but we could add that on the day and pay the difference there. You get to wear the outfits for quite a long time so we went to a nearby park to take photos and people would stop us to take pictures and clap as we were walking by so safe to say we had a blast and felt super beautiful. Definitely an experience we will cherish for our lifetime! Highly recommend it!!!!

The proprietors were very prompt, courteous and respectful. They dressed me to the look I wanted with their wide choices of Kimono and accessories. The only recommendation I would make is to make their address very clear because it wasn’t easy to find. It’s in the 4th floor of the building where Uniqclo is housed. That would probably be a more descriptive clue.

This was the most fun! I highly recommend! It's an inexpensive way to enjoy Japanese culture. You pick your kimono, wrap, bow, and shoes. They help dress you and then you enjoy walking around Tokyo where there are little shops, a shrine, and restaurants. This was the most unique thing we did in Tokyo.

It is located on the 4th floor in Uniqlo Asakusa building, easy to visit!
You can rent until around 6 pm, already include kimono/yukata, obi, shoes and bag (for men, women and even kids). For the hair, you can choose from various style.
The options were pretty and the staff so helpful when you can't decide what to choose.
It is okay if you can't Japanese language, the staff will still try their best to speak with you.
Really recommend!!

It was a very fun experience to wear a Kimono in Asakusa. The staff at Kimono rental WARGO were very supportive and friendly. If I want to rent a Kimono or Yukata again, I will definitely book with them!

This is my first time wearing Kimono and it was a fun experience to stroll around in it.
Kimono Rental Wargo is not far away from the station and easy to find. They have variety of Kimono and Yukata you can choose. The staffs were also very friendly and even gave us recommendations on the color.
For sure, this can be one of your to-do lists in Japan!
