The Golden Circle is the most visited and popular day trip in Iceland. It includes some of the most spectacular attractions in Iceland, including Thingvellir, Geysir, Gullfoss and the Kerid Volcanic Crater. Kerid crater is 270m wide and more than 55m deep, there is also a 14m deep lake at the bottom of the crater which makes the whole scene look really magical. This is an 8-hour small-group making it a more intimate experience.

If you want to make the most of your time on the route add an optional visit at the Geothermal Park & Bakery where you can not only try famous geothermal bread but also see the newest Icelandic geyser called Eilífur.

If you are short on time during your stay in Reyjkavik, this is the best way to see all the scenery and natural beauty Iceland has to offer. Tour guides give you history of the landscape, people and events of the country. There is just enough time at each of the stops to experience it and you get to experience each location however you want to - you don't tour the crater or geyser as big group. Small group makes it super comfortable and pleasant on the bus. You can truly do this tour regardless of what the weather is doing (weather kept changing on our tour). It was beautiful, informative and comprehensive. Would definitely recommend.

Iceland is an amazing place in this world. Keep it safe and protected forever!
The tour gave us a chance to see what Iceland has to offer. The views, the waterfalls, the raw natural environment and the WEATHER are all to be enjoyed along the way.
Sit back and enjoy the ride.

Our host was Vlad and he did a great job. Highly recommend him as a tour guide. Sense of humor, very informative and enjoyable to listen to. Bus size was 19 so easy on and off.

We were picked up at our hotel by Kristof (Kiki) right on time. Throughout the tour, Kristof was friendly, courteous and very informative and he let us know what to expect throughout the tour, particularly safety at the various stops. Kristof's narratives of sights and sites were detailed, humorous and full of stories, both historical and personal. He was never dry or boring, and the 8 hour tour passed quite quickly. Thank you, Kristof and Nice Tours for a safe and lovely day (in spite of the rain). Would tour with you and Kristof again.

Although the weather was not perfect, the guide Kiki made the tour fantastic. He was punctual and arrived at pickup spot just a few minutes before departure, which was great. His talk was easy to understand even for non-native English speakers like us, and he shared lots of knowledge about places we visited. He did not rush us at every place and let us enjoy the scenary enough. Our group was less than 15 people which was comfortable compared to large tour bus crowds. I would highly recommend this tour for first time visitor to Iceland.

We were so happy with this day trip. The smaller group option felt more relaxed and our bus driver was a kind, friendly local. We also were lucky enough to see an Icelandic tradition of cooking bread and boiling eggs in the ground due to the heat of the earth. So cool! I also liked that each stop, we were given independent time for exploration. The lamb soup, while not included in price of tour ticket, at the Guiser cafe was excellent.

We loved the personal experience of a small group excursion. Our guide was thoughtful and Nice Travel felt like a solid company with a comfortable van. We’ll probably book with them directly next time.

Excellent tour. 8 hours is a little long but that also meant we had plenty of time at each stop. Highly recommend the small group experience. Hotel pick up and drop off definitely a plus.

We had a great day exploring the key highlights with our wonderful guide Thore (not sure of the spelling, but she was great). If you only have limited time in iceland, this will give you a really good overview of the Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss waterfall, Kerio Crater, and the Geysirs. I liked that she told us a lot about the history and highlights of each area, then let us walk about and explore for a set time at our own pace. Great tour, with only a small group which is really nice.
