Jon and Sean amazing really helped . Was with them for nearly 3 weeks lost about 2 kg of fat and gained muscle . They do all the classes and sort prep meals out and look after you . Accommodation was good standard and basically all needs taken care of . Next time will go for 6 weeks to get more out of it .

I was looking for a getaway and luckily found prime! Lost 3KG in my 2 week stay (WISH I HAD MORE TIME). Considering I usually go the otherway on my holidays, it's been amazing coming back home better and more focused. They took EXACTLY what I wanted & needed into consideration, and with my training and food planned out nicely, I was confident in everything I was doing and having GUILT FREE FUN!!! COMING BACK BEFORE CHRISTMAS!

Amazing experience. It did wonders for my motivation. The staffs are true supporters and help to push you that extra mile. Great results after a visit at the resort and lots of motivation to keep the habits and keep it sustainable.

The resort and its trainers have helped me tremendously through the years. Whether it's been to loose weight or gain muscle, I've always received invaluable help through fantastic knowledge and support. Always delivered with a smile and humour, but also a determined "you can do this" when needed. My life and body is transformed and in my mid-40s I'm fitter and healthier than ever.
Can't recommend highly enough!

This is such an amazing experience and in some of the best fitness establishment I’ve seen. It really got me on track. My body and eating habits have fully transformed. It takes discipline to keep it going but the retreat did so much for my motivation. And I met so many amazing people! That will last forever. Thank you!
