I had a great time on site doing the ATVs, zip lining, and swimming in the cenote.

However, the onboarding experience was very chaotic. We did a pick up point, but unfortunately for some time we were not able to find him or get in touch with him. Language barrier played a factor as well, but yes, sketchy experience in the beginning.

Overall, the ATV ride was super fun. You’ll definitely get muddy so wear clothes that you don’t care about possibly damaging. ALSO get water shoes. The zip lining was, whew, less just say I’d do it again, but I wasn’t sure if I was gonna do it. Another feature I’ll add is that they give you a small lunch. It was not that appetizing, but good to hold you over. I’ll also add that you WILL be there the entire day, so early booking would be best.

We had great fun on this adventure, the ATVs were fun as were the ziplines. I think the cenote swim was the best we have done in Mexico, really enjoyed it.
We had a small lunch at the end and transported back to our pick up point.
We purchased the professional digital photos but haven't received all of them back yet by email, most were airdropped to i phones before we left but disappointed to not have the other photos yet ,despite leaving email address.

There is weight limits of 220lb for certain things that is not listed anywhere on the booking. They also dont have proper fitting zip line equipment for anyone that weighs much more then that. Dont recommend supporting this company.

Very fun adventure. ATV riding, ziplining, and the adventure ends with a swim through a cenote. Off the road in the jungle and away from the crowds. Great to make all ages happy.

This was an amazing experience! It was TOTALLY worth the money. It’s about a 4-5 experience so keep that in mind. The staff is Phenomenal!! I absolutely loved our tour guide Jose. The only downside was the long drive from playa de carmen, but that was okay.

This is an amazing experience! The R/T transportation provided a comfortable and safe ride. Chilango was our guide and he proved to be friendly and encouraging but not pushy. We spent a generous amount of time on the ATVs riding through the jungle on dirt roads. The longest zip line required walking up multiple flights of stairs which was tiring to some in my group but we all made it and enjoyed the ride down. Chilango provided an informative tour of the main cenote and we enjoyed a delicious meal before leaving. Finally, there are photographers along the way which allowed us to have fun while they captured the memories. I highly recommend this experience.

I was very disappointed in this excursion. Our excursion time began at 12 PM. We never received the address for pick up. They told us that they would not be able to pick us up from our Airbnb, which we later found out was a lie after calling multiple times someone finally answered and gave us an address. Later, we found out that this was an incorrect address. Our taxi driver had to get on the phone to ask them where exactly we were to be dropped off. We were unfortunately, an hour late to the excursion. Once we finally arrived. We were told that there was an additional $30 per person for a cultural Mayan fee. This was in the fine print and was not told at the time of booking or in our confirmation email, they were very rude thankfully Samuel, assisted us and was extremely nice and helped us get back after we declined the excursion

One of the best experiences I have ever had, everything was very fun and the guides are super patient so you can enjoy the journey!! I recommend that you wear appropriate clothing for the activity and that you wear super comfortable tennis shoes!! And finally, lose your fear and live to the fullest!

We had a lot of fun on this adventure, there was a hiccup about pickup location but communication was great trying to resolve the issue. It seems their drivers cannot pass hotel security (at least they could not with ours), be sure to verify your pick up location before hand so you can be at the location on time.

Once in the van everything went very smoothly. The location is very rugged, this is not the same kind of manicured grounds you'd find at one of the big parks, this is back country, which really adds to the charm.

Our guide was named George, he and the rest of the team took great care of us. Everything advertised was offered and lived up to their expectations. We had a great time with all the activities, but my personal favorite was the cenote, it was definitely more than I was expecting, which was a really nice surprise.

A few tips: There are a few places to buy souvenirs and some drinks, so bring some cash if you'd like to indulge (although I saw a credit card reader, so I assume paying by card would work too). Have your swimsuit on under your clothes. Definitely bring water shoes and a bandana, if you have them, if not they do sell them there. They take professional photos throughout the guided adventure and there is an opportunity to purchase some at the end of the day. We chose to purchase ours and the photos were shared digitally before we left.

We had a different driver on the way back and we did not tell him which hotel we were to be dropped off at, luckily I noticed we passed it and informed the driver, a quick U-turn later and we were back on track! Lol so, I would suggest you tell the driver your drop off location before getting into the van.

All in all, it was a great way to spend the afternoon and I would recommend this excursion for those who want to have an exciting and fun day, while wandering a little off the beaten path!

Thanks for the great memories!!

First I would like to say they were very helpful during the booking process. Tulum Guru helped me with multiple needs outside of booking the tour. Then when we arrived at the tour Jose (not sure how to spell his name) was so nice, funny, sweet he was patient with the group. Overall 10/10 and will definitely recommend. First time in Mexico and I felt so safe. I couldn’t wait to leave a review. Tulum Guru was great and Maya Adrenaline.
