We had a wonderful time with Tyler as our host. He had a great sense of humor and made the trip really interesting and fun. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone considering it. You won’t be sorry.

My family and I had a great tour of the St John’s River and Six Mile Creek. We saw alligators and birds along the way. The airboat was really cool. It’s a different experience from riding in a boat. The airboat was well maintained and the headsets worked well for us. The ride was paired with themed music and some voice over, which is necessary since airboats are incredibly loud. The airboat can get to speeds exceeding 40mph, so hats and other loosely stored items can fly away. Bring sunscreen! Bug spray is unnecessary since the tannins in the water stop mosquitos from breeding.

I was with my granddaughter hoping for her to see an alligator. We saw a small baby alligator at the end of ride. Her and I still loved the ride and narration by Capt Justin. Will be back during the mating season.

It was raining when we started the tour, but the sun came out and we had a wonderful time. The views were fantastic, all the trees with the moss gave us a true feeling of what Florida is all about.

We went on a day that was in the 90s and it was miserably hot. We didn’t see any animals because they don’t come out when it’s that hot. They don’t drive the boat fast enough during most of the trip to cool you down. I wouldn’t go again and I won’t recommend it to a friend. Some people might like the airboat ride, but I would caution you against going if it’s hotter than 80 degrees outside.

This was my 2nd trip with Sea Serpent Tours. I highly recommend. The boat ride is so fun. The guide gives tons of fun facts and information. We got to see some cool creatures which included an alligator.
