We only use high quality ingredients, allowing you to create healthier and tastier dishes.
The skills acquired during the course will be a treasure that you will carry with you for life. You'll be able to replicate recipes at home, delighting friends and family with home-cooked dishes and demonstrating your cooking skills at every opportunity.

This was an authentic and fun activity. We did this on a port stop and it was perfect. Rosella and her husband are beyond welcoming. We had 5 adults and 5 little kids. Our kids are so much fun and learned how to make pasta. The food was delicious as well. If you are looking for an easy, educational experience then this is for you. I highly recommend booking this experience. We will be back!

Rossella & family were so welcoming and the pasta class was absolutely amazing! We made 3 types of pasta with 3 different sauces and they were all so delicious! You will not be hungry after this amazing class. Rossella also provided us with links to Italian recipes and what such a good teacher. They also took pictures for us along the way!! I’d recommend any class with Rossella!!

The private cooking class with Rossella was an unforgettable experience. Her and her husband were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. We made 3 different pasta dishes: spinach ravioli, spaghetti with an oil and pepper sauce, and fettuccine in a pesto sauce. Everything was absolutely delicious. We just left our cooking class with Rosella and I couldn’t speak more highly of this experience. Rosella and her husband were lovely company, it was so fun getting to know them. She showed us how to make 3 pastas, a fettuccine ragu, a spaghetti in pesto sauce and spinach ravioli in a butter sauce. All 3 pastas were so delicious. She also had made the BEST cannoli I have ever tried. Not only did she share her knowledge and answer all of our questions, but they sent recipes, links to tools, and gave us each a little gift. We will definitely reach out to them the next time we make it to Messina, just the nicest people. Thank you so much!

This class was everything I was looking for! I wanted a class close to our cruise port and one that wasn’t in a restaurant and more than just cooking a quick dish. This class was a full experience from the home of an Italian, where we made dough, enjoyed a spread of charcuterie while the dough did its thing, and then we made three types of pasta. Once the pasta was prepared it was cooked for us by Rossella, our instructor, and dressed with lovely sauces she previously prepared. We sat at a beautiful dining table where we enjoyed wine, delicious food and heard more about Messina and local Italian culture from her husband Giuseppe. The experience exceeded our expectations and was the most wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. This is a great experience for a family or group of friends.

Rosella and her family were so welcoming and kind, and learning from her was amazing!! We made two pastas and a tiramisu each which were all incredible, and enjoyed some Prosecco while we ate! We were made to feel so at home and comfortable, all in all it was a once in a lifetime experience and we will take the knowledge with us for the rest of our lives! Thank you to Rosella, Fifi and Giuseppe for an amazing afternoon!
