We were a party of 14. We needed service from the airport to the hotel. I booked this service over a week in advance. I received a confirmation email. When we landed I received a whatsapp message. It said the driver was already waiting for you at the airport. I was communicating with him the whole time from going through customs, getting luggage etc. They kept informing me that the driver was there. Once we got outside in the extremely very hot weather, we was looking for the driver with my name on it. We searched everywhere and no one was there. We called and was told they are on the way. We waited over 20mins and still no one arrived. We then made arrangements for another taxi company because we was hot and tired and being lied to. Once we leave they send me a picture that they are there which was over 40 mins of us waiting and then demanded an apology. I am appalled. You owe me an apology and you lied to me for over an hour that you were at the airport and was not. Appalling company. AVOID. The nerve requesting an apology when they were never at the airport at the pick up time.

The travel was perfect.
Communication via WhatsApp with the operators was good and the welcome feeling from both our drivers was great.

The driver was there with my name on a printed paper to receive me and promptly take me to the resort. Very helpful and respectful. The vehicle was a bit older, but it worked well, a/c worked well and vehicle was clean.

It took over 2.5 hours to get through immigration . There was no one from this company to pick us up, ended up using a private cab. no thank you. I have emailed the company to get reimbursed have not heard yet.

The driver was waiting and a sign with my name on it was clearly visible. A/C, and quick and SAFE drive to our hotel on the north coast. Return pickup was confirmed via What's App. Recommend installing What's App for communication.

I Booked Punta Cana Vacation (All-Inclusive) through Expedia. when we Arrived at PUJ Airport, we went directly to the Expedia Desk where transportation was quickly arranged. Both vehicles were in excellent condition and very comfortable.

It was a scarey ride. Cars trucks motorcycles follow too close. Very aggressive drivers. Our driver was very aggressive also.
