Much nicer experience than previous horrible trip to Sanyo Domingo still lots of moving and confusion with transportation to and from, should have asked guests to bring their own towels. We spent majority of the time on a speedboat and not the catamaran I thought I had booked. Food was again disappointing and not custom; what is going on with the Dominican spaghetti ??? Nice day, a bit of a tourist trap and definately NOT worth the $!

What was good: Natural pool was amazing, catamaran party was super fun
What was horrible: Poor time management for everything which ruined the whole experience and left us miserable and exhausted.
Our first stop was at Altos de Chavan which is picturesque but was only for 20 min which doesn’t do any justice, and it was at 10 am when everything was closed - total waste.
We reached Saona island after being in transit via bus and boat etc for 4 hours only to be told to rush through lunch ( which was running out at all stalls) and then spent an hour at the beach
The worst part was getting back to our hotel, after an hour by boat it took 2.5 hours to get back to our hotel with all the stops made to drop off every one at their hotels. They could have easily split us up into smaller groups to get us back sooner. We reached our hotel at 8:30 pm hungry and exhausted, and of course missed our dinner reservation.
While the natural beauty is worth seeing, the total trip and its format doesn’t make sense. Oh and by the way, practically everything was communicated in Spanish - thankfully someone in our group translated as much as she could for us otherwise we would have been totally lost
