After the instructor’s demonstration, you make your own sushi, roll and two side dishes all by yourselves. All of the experiences are prepared to be one of the highlights in this class. No doubt that you will enjoy the class!! You also learn Japanese traditional seasonings and ingredients used in this cooking experience.
Please let us know if you cannot eat fish. We will prepare vegetable options.

Great experience. Toshie prepared 4 different recipes and we cooked them together, step by step. She explained everything really well and we learned many new things. We had a wonderful time and the dishes were really good. I recommend this 100% to anyone who is interested in learning how to cook japanese in an authentic way.

This was so much fun and Toshi was wonderful showing us the ins and outs of making sushi the proper way. We highly recommend this to any families or adults wanting an authentic sushi making experience.
