The main fish market has moved to Toyosu, but Tsukiji outer market is still fascinating.

• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Minimum number of participants: 4 pax(for standard plan) & 2 pax (for private plan)
• If the minimum number of participants is not reached the tour will not be operated on that day.
• Please understand that in case of natural calamities or disasters we might cancel the tour.
• In case the tour is cancelled we will inform you at least 2 days in advance, asking you to receive a refund or change to another time set or day.
• Please understand that the route might be altered and some spots might be skipped to end the tour on time.
• We are not responsible for external causes that might affect the tour, such as bad weather or late arrival of customers at the meeting place.
• Refund requests that involve external causes among the reasons will not be accepted.
• We will walk for three hours during this tour, please wear comfortable shoes.
• In case one or more participants will be joining the tour with a wheelchair we will avoid stairs. However please understand that we will take uphill roads that require more effort.

• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
