I booked a tour, paid a lot of money for it, and the driver never showed up, the operator didn’t contact me and after multiple calls, I finally spoke to someone who said that several of their cars were out of commission because of an accident , the day before, returning from Mt. Fuji, and they had to cancel my tour. I was told that my refund would be processed immediately but it’s 21/2 days later and no refund.
You have the audacity to ask me to rate a tour that never happened!
