The process and time it took to redeem the voucher to obtain an actual ticket was brutal and nearly ruined the entire experience. You have to wait in line for 45 minutes while they take ten minutes per patron to hand them paper tickets. Ridiculous process and a miserable time for everyone in that room. They then try to upsell you on other tours. My ticket included a multimedia tour, which was never presented. The process makes no sense. I would never book this way again. Book directly with the Colosseum if you can.

This is just a ticket purchase. You do need a ticket for the Coliseum but maybe not for the Parthenon and Forum. The tickets were delivered as promised and were easy to access. You can buy tickets direct with the venues of you plan ahead.

Colesseum amazing, however booking moved from 10am to later in the afternoon (booked 6pm). Came out of the Colesseum afrer 45 minutes heading to Palatine Hill, shoured at by a rude policemen telling me it shut ar 7pm and I'd need to come back tomorrow (could not due to other bookings) 2 stars as I've wasted money on tours unable to experience

They didn’t send the tickets until the last minute, after two calls from Viatour. They also changed the time of the ticket.

Just what I wanted - a ticket for entry and no tour guide… worked out just as I wanted. Tickets emailed to me on the app and that was it .. Didn’t have to stand in long ticket line
