The tour was pleasant and entertaining! The presentation of the production and the many steps from harvest to the exclusive product could be improved with additional videos!

We did the audioguided tour with tasting (3 wines). Tour was very informative and we both liked it very much. The atmosphere is nice. Tasting was little rushed and didn’t give too much information about the wines. Wines though were very nice. Maybe they could give more info on how to use the audioguide and a map of the cellars and the route to follow. Many people including us were a little lost at some point

On a rainy Sunday we decided to take a look at the Schlumberger cellar world. This cellar in the middle of Vienna is quite large. There was also a guided tour followed by a tasting of a glass of sparkling wine. It was very interesting. A journey from the grape/vine/processing/aging to the glass. It is closed on public holidays, however.

We were not familiar with Schlumberger's wines. They are made using the traditional champagne method. The refinement is comparable to Ruinart. The difference is that they offer more choice of flavors here: from Gruner Veltliner to Pinot Noir.
Of course you have to taste and that is possible with the connoisseur tour and we would recommend it.

Interesting information and a tour of the sparkling wine cellar with a glass of sparkling wine at the end!
An old vault worth seeing on the outskirts of Vienna, built directly into the slope/hill!

We took the Sparkeling wine toor with the NÖ card. As such we found the tour to be quite pleasant. We were a large group and at times it was a little difficult to listen to the guide, but the tour was very interesting and informative on the "devil's wine".

We loved the self guided tour, and found it really interesting to go at our own pace.
It was very informative, and well presented.
We also loved our tasting at the end!
The woman who 'greeted us' and poured our wines was obviously having a bad day as she was curt, abrupt, and appeared to have been tasting vinegar with wasps in. She had the customer service skills of a honeybadger.
The young man was as contrasting as it was possible to be, with a genuine nature and a friendly attitude.
Would highly recommend the Cellar but perhaps take a bribe or at least brace yourself with some thermals for the 'welcome'.
