Learning about the temples and shrines from a local was great! We appreciated being met at our hotel and enjoyed getting to know our guide while exploring amazing Tokyo.

Our guide Taka was excellent and easily modified the tour for our requirements. We got to see all the highlights we wanted in a very short timeframe.

Our guide Kei was very friendly and knowledgeable and for our 6 hour tour combined some well known sights such as Senso-ji temple and Scramble Crossing with some more off the beaten track areas which gave us a real taste of life in the city. We also learned a lot from comparing notes with Kei on our respective cultures. Would highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our time with our tour guide Taka! He led us to the Meiji Shrine and offered to take many pictures of our family. He was also extremely helpful on the train and gave us helpful tips on how to buy tickets and understand the train lines. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed his friendly presence!

It was the best decision to have a guide inTokyo. In one day we were able to see and learn so much! Hyuga showed us everything we requested, from pet cafe for my daughter, to cool Japanese fashion for my son to great temples and shrines. He explained to us Japanese customs and rituals. We appreciated especially the lunch in a secret « whole in the wall » restaurant. Hyuga also helped us to arrange a temporary storage for all the shopping bags.
Highly recommended!

My mum and I did a Tokyo day tour with Gabby and she was great. We were a little nervous about transport and navigating Tokyo, she gave us great tips and recommendations while showing us the sites. Thanks Gabby!

Fantastic Tour guide. Maika was terrific.
She asked us where we wanted to go and then took us. She added places of interest along the way. We changed up our list of places to see that morning and she was completely amenable. She spoke English very well! She recommended places for lunch and places to shop. She taught us how to use the train system as well as the proper Japanese etiquette that we needed for daily activities. Maika helped us order our lunch and recommended places for dinner. She even dropped us off at our next "activity" then texted us to make sure that we got back to our hotel. I would highly recommended Maika! She was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

I cannot believe how much we did and saw and experienced in a mere 6 hours with Hyuga, for a first day in Tokyo- what an amazing day!

I cannot recommend him enough, he was a true guide explaining the area and history. He showed us the ropes so that we understood all the subway's, how to pray at a shrine and some of the cultural nuances that made the rest of our Tokyo time incredibly enjoyable.
