The most memorable part was when they took us on the wrong tour and promised to refund 50% back due to their mistake and then never did. I, the customer was the one that figured out that we were not going on the itinerary they listed and when I asked the manager he insisted it was his mistake and he will refund 50%. I have screenshots of follow up conversation of the acknowledgment. Of course they never refunded. The lack of respect and character speaks volumes for this company. Book with someone else who will own up for their mistake and won’t make the mistake in the first place.
