Horrible service and the workers are racist. When I entered with my group with our Gold tickets we were seated in the far back even though other seats were available to where the show wasn’t visible. We were dismissed when we asked to be seated somewhere else even though other seating was available at the time

None stop entertaining so much happening it's amazing we bought VIP premium staff were constantly bringing drinks.

VIP Golden package with seats- Seats were high above- could not see stage at bottom, Cramped seating -Not worth money paid via Viator,- Had to pay $128.00 Extra for 4 of us to have seating downstairs with a table, The agents inside were trying to upgrade you for extra money. We had to find our stewards to get our light meals. We had to go to the bar to order own drinks and bring back as was taking long time once you have ordered.
Overall the performance and atmosphere was great especially for my 20 and 24 yrs Boys, The lasers and theme performances was spectacular.

It was an amazing show. Not sure I would pay for the gold member because couldn’t see half the show that went on at ground level.

Riviera Maya location much better
This was more of a night club with videos.
Not so much a Vegas review like Riviera Maya show.

The show was decent and entertaining. However the staff and ticketing agents have no clue how to seat. We kept getting moved and then winded up with no seats. The tickets we bought were for Gold seating VIP with a table but that is not what we received. Either coco bongo or Viator needs to fix the description of tickets or stop selling what Coco Bongo will not honor.

Absolutely amazing show! Will be one to talk about for years to come. We opted for the basic tickets and agreed it was the best decision as you get the best view of the show. There was a push on purchasing the more expensive tickets but we felt the view and experience was way better being on the ground floor and right close to bars. The best night out we have had in a long time. Absolutely amazing
