Our tour was amazing! The tour guide, Anna was phenomenal because of her knowledge and expertise. Would highly recommend Anna for your tour guide and definitely use her again when I'm back in Japan.

Great view of mount Fuji we went to nice spots! The guides were super friendly and helpful. We didn't actually go to a hot spring, but it was fun.

This was a truly awful experience. This company lied, they changed the itinerary and date. They messaged me continually saying they had not cancelled my tour but upgraded me to a new tour which did not go were I wanted. The new tour they transferred me to was with a 3rd party operator with another company. At every stage of this debacle I refused to accept the new itinerary and requested a refund. The last message they sent me was after midnight and threatened me that if I did not meet for the trip and itinerary I did not want they would treat me as a no-show. They kept my money and refuse to repay me.

Spent way too much time in one place, then didn’t spend enough time in another so had to rush around,
The tour guide was polite, however, not clear with meeting instructions/ everyone had been text a photo of the bus we had to meet on minutes before departure.
Even if you did see Fuji, it still wasn’t worth it because the time travelling was too long and the rushed time in the other places made it worse.

The trip was ok. Gave me the opportunity to get to a few places that would have been hard to reach on public transport and I didn’t fancy hiring a car on my own. However, it could have been better.
The driver was lovely but definitely more of a driver than a tour guide. He gave us a few short pieces of information on the places we visited but very little. As much as I don’t want to be talked to for an entire day, it would have been nice to get a little more insight into each of the locations and a bit more about Japan or Japanese culture generally.
The hot spring visit was interesting! The place is beautiful BUT what they should tell you before you go is that no swimming costumes are allowed. Both I and another lady were ushered back to the changing rooms to remove suits which was a bit embarrassing. Being naked is compulsory so as a result, the men’s and women’s areas are entirely separate and you cannot take your phone/camera into the baths to get a nice photo of being in the hot spring with Fuji in the background! If you’re going as a mixed couple or group, you can hire a private bath area.
There is a lovely relaxation area with cafe and a terrace with fabulous views of Fuji. Though you cannot use this without paying for the hot spring experience.
Right next door to the hot spring hotel is a massive outlet shopping centre. Do get a map or you could get lost (as I did) though it also offers some good photo opportunities of Fuji.
Personally for me we had a bit too long at the first Pagoda (1.5hrs when an hour was enough) and not long enough at Oshino Hakkai (1 hour which included having to grab some food which takes a while as it is so busy here).
Finally I was staying in Shinjuku and made it over to Tokyo station for the meeting point for 8.15am. After 5 of us got on there it turns out we were picking up another 4 people from… Shinjuku! So after leaving my hotel at 7am to make sure I made it to the meeting point in time, we ended up back by my hotel at 9am as 4 guests were staying there and had paid an extra fee to be picked up from their hotel which was a bit annoying as this wasn’t offered when I booked. Nor did they offer the second pick up point when they sent the confirmation details the night before. Would have been helpful. The driver dis kindly drop people off at more convenient points on the way back though.
So overall an ok experience that could have been better with some small changes.

Very unprofessional , my pick up time was 8:00 am, when nobody showed up, I contacted them after half an hour they respond was sorry we forgot you , I waited so long for that tour and I couldn’t take another one because the next day was my flight back, and at the end they were very unprofessional.

The tour was great even if we didn't see Mount fuji since it was raining.
The only thing that confused us was the pick up from the hotel since there was no instructions - kind of car or plate number.
Still, it was an amazing tour and we had fun.

This trip was amazing and our guide and driver was amazing. I believe her name start with an S and the driver name was king. We were able to see Mt Fuji. The day was a beautiful day to see the mountain, shop and eat. My friends enjoyed the e hot springs. If you have tattoos you cannot enter the hot springs due to culture. Overall highly recommend and talk the weather, that will determine if you can see it or not.
