The driver texted us the night prior to confirm the trip. We texted him after landing and he gave us directions on how to find his van after clearing customs. It was very easy and he was waiting for us.

Did not meet at arrivals after we agreed that was our meeting spot. We had to look for the driver who was parked outside.

Driver was on time and very professional for our pickup from KIX even though I think we were a little delayed getting thru customs. It was raining and he made sure none of us got wet while transferring our luggage to the van.

We opted for a private transfer over public transportation to get to our hotel given our late arrival after 24 hours of travel and so glad we did! The driver contacted us even before we left the states to introduce himself. This was nice to have the peace of mind even before leaving that someone would be there when we landed. Upon landing, the driver communicated with us to see if we had landed and for us to give him updates on how immigration and baggage claim were going. The driver also provided clear directions (including pictures) as to where we should meet him once we were ready for pickup. The van we were driven in was clean and very comfy.

The driver was great at communicating and was very prompt. The van was SO nice. We fit three people with 6 pieces of luggage comfortably. We could have probably fit one more person but I would not recommend it for more.

Perfect transfer! Extremely professional and reliable. The company contacted us prior to travel and provided details, and was waiting right on schedule when our plane arrived. Showed a helpful video of waiting area. Driver very polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
