We offer the best 60-minute sushi-making experience available. Our experience is authentic in style, incorporating practices similar to sushi chef training schools that charge high tuition fees. This is the only sushi nigiri experience that no other sushi nigiri experience in Japan offers. The venue is a 1-minute walk from the Imperial Palace. This is the only place where you can experience sushi making in such a great location. It is no problem if you are vegan because we can make normal and vegan sushi.
The procedure :
•First, make a model of sushi by yourself and practice several times.
Next, using actual fish and rice, you will try making and eating sushi.
•In addition, we will teach you the proper way to roll and eat sushi, so you can try both.
•The instructor will give advice while explaining rice, vinegar, and sushi culture. Let's enjoy Japanese food and culture while having and culture while having a fun conversation together.

It was a really great experience and we made over 20 sushi just in 1,5 hours! Miko san is an experienced sushi master, and his English explanation was detailed and very helpful! We had fun, and I think this is the must do experience in Japan!

They gave us the full Japanese sushi experience. I didn’t realize how much detail and care went into making each sushi roll. Miko was awesome!!! Very nice, and helpful! Definitely worth the price!

It was my first time experiencing sushi and it was so much fun!
I thought I wouldn't be able to make sushi myself because it requires a skilled craftsmanship,
but being able to enjoy it empty-handed was great.
I also got along well with the people at the venue and I think it's a great communication tool!

and thorough and easy to understand!
The ingredients prepared for me were very good and I was able to make delicious sushi!
I was very impressed to learn about the different ways to make sushi and how many artisanal techniques go into the sushi I eat without thinking about it!
If you like sushi, I recommend you participate!
Next time I'd like to make sushi at home!
The equipment was well-equipped and very clean!
