We were not sure things would all work out with a 3:30 AM pick up time, but it all went well in the middle of a bout 800 cruise ship passengers boarding buses at the same time. Perfect on time pick up with a nice driver and vehicle - everything as promised and better

Great experience - the only thing is that the ticket does not say the pick up time - and I had to reach out to the operator to find out. They responded right away. Our driver was waiting for us at 3:30am and we beat the crowd to the airport. She was friendly and answered all our questions about Bergen along the way.
