Kevin Hung was the best person, provided excellent guidance and activities. I enjoyed kayaking and boating. Good food and crew on the board were very supportive. I would recommend it.

I had big expectations about this cruise. Mostly because of the money that we payed. The biggest problem here was the time out of the boat. They picked us up at 7:30 and we arrived at the dock at 11:30. Then the transfer boat to the cruise picked up us at 12:00 and we arrived at 13:00 at the cruise. So 2 days 1 night, is not totally true. There are companies that pick you up at the dock directly to the cruise. The boat was old and needs maintenance. They also gave us the room that was next to the machines room. Incredibly noisy. But to be fair, food was really good and staff members were attentive. The guide, Kevin, organised everything well but tight schedule. So we couldn’t rest much. Prices on boat are fine and fair. The views were lovely too.

We went on to Lan Ha Bay 2D/1N tour on 07/02. Our tour guide Victor is really nice and careful, he took cares to every detail, from the beginning of the shuttle bus pickup to the dietary inhibition onboard. He also has nice introduction to the history and sight. Highly recommended! All of the staff on cruise was warm, they kept us safe, comfortable and delightful during every activity!

We had an amazing time. Victor was our guide and he was amazing at his job. He was really helpful, kind and had a great sense of humour. We loved the local boat trip in the bay and swimming in the water. The restaurant staff were fabulous as well especially David and Chan! Ha Long bay is stunning!

Kevin was a good tour guide. It was easy to communicate with him. The staff, especially Lan, on board was also very accommodating and attentive. I thought the food was good for the price. We were served lunch, dinner, a light breakfast for those who wanted to go on the early morning activity, and another breakfast before we headed back to the dock. Overall, the trip was worth the money.
The rooms were good. Everything worked and was pretty clean. The bed was def super comfortable. My favorite part was the patio attached to each of the rooms. You could enjoy the scenery just sitting in the patio of your room. Very beautiful.

We did a 2 day-1night cruise in Ha Long Bay. The experience was really great. The tour guide Kevin was amazing and made our experience even better. The customer care representative David was also very friendly and did a fantastic job. Everything was very organised and the activities were also amazing.

It was an absolutely amazing time. We were taken excellent care by our tour guide Kevin and our director David. Staff were super friendly and helpful, any questions we had they were quick to answer. Very timely group as well, everything was super well timed and organised. The food was excellent and our cabin was lovely. We would definitely go again and would recommend la pandora to anyone who’s looking for a cruise in Halong bay at this price!
