Your private chauffer will arrive at your pickup location in a black Transit 350 with leather seats, tinted windows and cold AC. Food and drinks are allowed on board. We can accommodate any pickup location in the San Juan area. there are multiple trails and water features in different parts of the rainforest, we allow for flexible location options depending on the wants and needs of your group. There are times when guests want to spend more time in the rainforest surrounded by lush tropical flora, and less time at the beach with food vendors, and there are times when guests are ready to leave the natural rock waterslides/lagoon after an hour and would prefer to sit at Luquillo beach riding jet skis and drinking mojitos. Whatever your group wants to do, we will make it happen. Personalize your itinerary and get ready for some adventure. (This hike requires walking 5-10 minutes through steep and at times slippery terrain, not recommended for people with bad hips, knees or coordination)

We had a great adventure! Jay and his son got us safely to the rain forest when we did a short hike to the waterfall where you could slide down the waterfall rock slides! After that we visited Laquilla Beach. Water was very pretty with nice snorkeling. Then back to San Juan to see the forts and beautiful shops! Thanks Jay for a great adventure!! Highly recommended!!

Highly highly recommend booking this tour! We were a little hesitant traveling as a group of girls and booking a tour that didn’t seem to have many reviews but we are so glad we took the leap of fate. Our tour guide, Jay, was phenomenal and really let the tour be whatever it was we wanted it to be. We visited waterfalls, rockslides, and went to Luquillo beach. It was a private tour so we were able to go at our own pace. We will be booking this tour again when we return to PR and will be recommending it to friends and family. Highlight of our trip!

We booked this trip during our spring break trip to Puerto Rico. We were picked up in the morning in a comfortable, spacious, and air conditioned ride by Jay, who was extremely nice and attentive. He gave us plenty of options to the day to accommodate our mood and activity level.
The rain forest is visited by many. This is a trip to the less "touristy" part of the forest that is accessed through private farms. But it can still get quite busy as many tour companies will take you to this "private" area. Private doesn't mean "not full of people" it just means you paid a private homeowner to cross their backyard and access more secluded areas of the forest.
We headed to the rain forest and arrived at the water slides. The guide was very attentive and made sure that we both enjoyed ourselves and that we stayed safe at all times from slips and falls. The attention level was perfect.
We toured the slides and fall and received great one on one attention. I recommend that you get there early so that you beat the tour us traffic that comes around 11am. Even with the crowd, we really enjoyed the experience.
Jay gave us many options for lunch and the rest of the day and made our trip extremely memorable.
I would not do this trip with a large group as it requires you to hike somewhat difficult terrain. Having the attention of one person over just a few guests is very reassuring and worth the premium.
We ended the day in beautiful Pinones area for lunch and snacks.
We highly recommend this trip. Well worth the money.

The hike was harder than advertised need to update the description to say not a path that you are walking on slippery rocks and boulders. One person in group got hurt this needs to be labeled difficult.

Our family was on a Caribbean cruise and wanted a fun, private adventure for our stop in San Juan. Jay was so easy to work with. From the initial booking through the entire day, he was friendly, organized, and helped us plan the perfect day for our family. If we are able to return to PR, we would definitely call him again. Highly recommend!

What a day! We couldn’t have dreamed of a better day at El Yunque Rainforest. A thousand thanks and bravos to our private guide and chauffeur, Julio! We are a family of 4, with 2 teens daughters. Basically, you give your own rythme to this tour depending on what you want to spend time on: Julio is very accommodating and will give you excellent options. We were curious to go and drive up in the Rainforest first before going and slide rocks in the waterfalls, and Julio made it happen. Wonderful views from there. Julio is an excellent driver and knows the area very well. Then we went to slide rocks, again he knows the best spots and ways, caring about everyone wellness and safety. Julio took many pictures of our family fun tour. Our 3rd and last stop was at Luquillo beach for lunch and relaxing time and swim. We have never been stressed by time during this tour. This is so rare! Don’t miss the opportunity!

Jay was such an amazing guide and made sure that every step we took was in the correct place. He was extremely concerned about our safety and took so many pictures for us! He was also very knowledgable about the plants and had some great restaurant suggestions. Not to mention that he went out of his way to accommodate us later than the trips they normally scheduled. My daughter and I had such a great day.

We had a great custom tour with Julio. Unfortunately as it was raining steadily when we visited so we chose not to do any of the hikes to the waterfalls. We were able to go to the top and also visit the Visitor Center. Julio was a great driver and guide. We look forward to a tour with him the next time we visit!
