Our tour guide Junsei from Tokyo Footsteps Tour was awesome. He communicated with me before we arrived in Tokyo, and recommended sites for us to visit accordingly. He met us at the hotel. He arrived a bit early and was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. His English was impeccable. We really liked how he organized the tour. He also made suggestions of other places to visit. I would most highly recommend Junsei to anyone who is interested in touring Tokyo.

We had a fantastic tour in Spanish while visiting Tokyo. Our guide was incredibly helpful and fluent in Japanese, English, and Spanish. We saw many amazing sights that we would never have found on our own, including the Tokyo Sky Tree, Ueno Park, Ameyoko food market, and Sensoji Temple. It was a cool experience riding the subway and checking out the city. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Taisei was an outstanding tour guide with tremendous knowledge of the areas that we visited. He contacted us before our tour and we were able to customize a very special day in Tokyo. We saw many sights that were off the beaten track.

I’m extremely satisfied with this half day tour. If you are a first time visitor to Tokyo it is a must do! My guide, Taisei, was fantastic, kind and patient, and I especially appreciate that he reached out several times prior to the tour so he could develop the best itinerary for my needs. In addition to touring, he also provided invaluable insights and showed me how to navigate the complex subway system.

It was so nice to have Himena as our tour guide! She spoke fluent English and Japanese! She knows Tokyo very well as well cool spots to take us. She assessed and figured out what interested us. We were fortunate to have her as a tour guide for our first visit to Tokyo. It took out the stress of navigating through Tokyo!

Marie is AMAZING. I was nervous about Kyoto because I knew things were very spread out but she managed to take us to a part of the city and walk us from there. I was the BEST tour we’ve had from our two weeks in Asia. Highly recommend!!

Our first day in Tokyo was a huge success thanks to our guide Junsei. First, his English is excellent since he spent time studying in the US. As we travelled around the city on the Metro he would show us on the map where we were and where we were going. We had sent a list of places we wanted to see ahead of time and we got to hit all but one. He spent time sharing the background of the shrine and temples on our itinerary. In addition we learned about the neighborhoods in Tokyo and saw the sights of anime. Very professional and friendly.

Taisei was the perfect guide!! I REALLY appreciate how he contacted me a couple of days in advance to coordinate a plan for our private tour day! ☺️ I had a blast! I went to the Ginza Art museum, Trick Art Museum and had fun getting a caricature drawing done and playing games in the mall area. Taisei is professional, fun, knowledgeable and took amazing pictures for me!! We had great conversations and an overall amazing day 🤩! I recommend this tour to anyone who wants an excellent guide who will take good care of them. I loved not having to stress about directions since Taisei knows his way around the city super well. I appreciate that I was treated well and enjoyed the time to the maximum.
