We had Eszter do the tour for us fortunately. She gave us a great explanation of the area and development of the city. After a small drink of some raspberry liquor, we then made our way to the market. We got a history of the market, discussion of Paprika and the types, as well as discussion of embroidery and porcelain. She arranged for some tastes of some oils/pesto and honey. (They produce some excellent honey). We had cured smoked meat and finished with strudel. Eszter was a great and personable guide with excellent English so it was no problem to understand her.
