The drivers are on time (10 mins earlier) and polite, car is very clean. Multiple payment methods. Cheaper than Uber and even shuttle bus if you are more of 2+. Recommend!

Excellent experience overall. Full quoted fare was $50, with a "1st time" discount it was just over $30. (Taxi is in the order of $80, public transport was $30). The only negative experience was finding the car. I'm not a frequent flyer & Melbourne airport has four pickup areas, two for ride-share, one specific to Uber. There are "Uber" signs but some of the "Rideshare" signs also point to Uber which is at the other end of the terminal. Not GoBlu-EV's fault at all. I chatted to the driver about GoBlu-EV. I love that the fare is given up front. You don't have to pay through the app. Drivers are paid salaries (so they don't get extra for taking you the long way) & all the cars are owned & maintained by the company. I'd definitely use them again.
