Durmitor is placed between mountain massifs filled of glacial lakes, of which the biggest one is Black lake known as „Mountain Eye of Montenegro”. Surround with beaten paths magnificent landscapes, Durmitor with Black lake became a National Park since 1952.
On the way to the Black Lake we have Biogradska Gora National Park and Biograd Lake in the heart of the forest. Educational path among 82 types of trees, officially protected more then 140years..But,
On the top of must-see places in Montenegro is definitely Djudjevica Tara bridge. This combination of arhitecture and wild nature can offer you the best view on deepest canyon in Europe. With zippline ride adrenalists gaing even greater charm of the a grandiose bridge of contemporary architecture on one side and tara canyon on another.

We chose an option with two national parks included: Biogradska Gora & Durmitor National Park.
We really enjoyed our trip! Nature is fascinating, and our guide, Dimitrijie, told as many interesting facts and was a perfect driver!
It’s an unforgivable experience.
I’d recommend you take a coat with you since it might be a little freezy in Durrmotor national park, plus bring a few snacks. You will have time to have lunch in the restaurant, but snacks are also essential since it’s a whole day trip!
I highly recommend this tour! The pictures can’t show how beautiful nature is in reality!
