Get out of the city to visit this oasis of peace and historical treasure: The Golden Temple, also called Taihe Palace, which is a famous Taoism building surrounded by a big park of green pines and verdant cypresses. Afterwards you will explore the hidden cultural sites along the Green Lake and Jingxing Bird and Flower market, an interesting place full of life which will show you the Old Kunming’s way of life.
