WHAT'S INCLUDED

WHAT TO EXPECT

1.
We will pick you up at your hotel or location in Mexico City. We will contact you to indicate the exact time of the pick up. It is important to be ready before the pick-up time to speed up pick-up and arrive at our offices on time.
2.
You will arrive at our balloon port, we will welcome you with coffee and cookies, you will have a brief explanation of the day's itinerary and we will show you a safety video with instructions so that you can properly enjoy your experience. Later, we will go to the balloon in which you will fly, here you will have time to take photographs before the flight.
3.
You will have a delicious breakfast under an underground cave, you will be able to choose between varieties of typical Mexican food, including juice, coffee, fruit, bread and a main course.
4.
We will continue with a brief explanation about the culture of Teotihuacan. A guide will explain to you about obsidian, maguey and will give you a tasting of typical liquors of the region.
5.
You will have a guided tour with one of our local guides who will explain everything about the culture of Teotihuacan. When you flew you had the opportunity to see the pyramids from above and now you will be able to appreciate their immensity from the ground.
6.
We will return to your same hotel or location where we picked you up, we can change the location where we will drop you off but it is important that you notify us in advance.

Driver was good. Fun trip - loved the hot air balloon experience - amazing pilot and excellent photos. Tour guide's english is good and very welcoming.

Amazing views and great pilot. Tour guide was great and clear on her instructions. However the restaurant was not la gruta do note and the food there wasn’t that good.

Hot air balloon was amazing! We had the caves experience as well but do note that it is not the famous one (La Gruta) as shown in the photo! But overall, great experience!

Hot air balloons were a 10/10, the tour bus, Thr cave breakfast experience, and everything in between was excellent.

Cielo was our tour guide, and she was incredible! Fluent in both Spanish and English, she was beyond lovely, educating us and engaging, and answering every question thoroughly with the best attitude.

Paco guided us through the second part of the tour, enlightening us about minerals and the history of native plants, with incredibly interesting facts you don't hear about often. These are traditions from 1,800 years ago.
Lots of history and culture were brought to life, making us appreciate the heritage even more. Highly recommended for anyone!
