Very good trip. Well organised. Catering was excellent, activities were also awesome. Môre South Africans should come visit Vietnam. Nick was a very good guide.

This was my first time on Halong Bay Luxury Cruises and overall it was the views that made the experience. First of all- the duration of the trip is very short. You get on the boat around 12:30pm and you are checking out at 9:30am- which is ridiculous as you should have the whole day on the boat or at least till mid day. You do not have the room for a whole day when it states you pay for 1 night and 2 days. Everything is rushed in terms of them trying to fit so many different activities in. The kayaking was lovely. We also had a massage which was great but we had to rush to that after our dinner which wasn’t relaxing. The staff are not welcoming and they really do need to work on their professionalism. Some of the staff were playing card games in the children’s playroom and one of them was smoking a vape pen - in the children's playroom! Tom was very professional out of all the staff members on the boat. The following day the activity lead dropped us off at another kayaking activity and he also was smoking a vape pen! If this is meant to be a 5 star experience- it certainly wasn’t. You pay so much money for an experience like this just to have staff show bad manners and professionalism. Be prepared to pay a large amount for drinks as they are not included. Let’s not forget to mention how rude the taxi/driver is who picks you up from your hotel and drops you back! The views are outstanding and we had to remember that is why we was there !

It was a pleasant and relaxing trip. It was my second time in halong bay but it still suprise me. Special mention to the cruise manager NICK for being attentive. His personality is a charm.

The trip to ha long bay was great with la regina legend cruise. We enjoyed a lot they also provided is Indian vegetarian food. The staff were also very polite and took good care of us. Special thanks to miss hao.

Great trip with lots of fun activities, great service and delicious food.

Very organized and the cruise docks overnight in a beautiful locations.

Rooms are spacious and lovely.

Second visit to Ha Long Bay much better than the first because of lovely staff, a beautiful boat and fun excursions. Shout of to ACM Nick for his fun, light hearted personality making us all laugh and keeping the trip entertaining :)
