St. Peter’s Basilica is an ancient book of wonders. Your tour guide will explain to you the history of the church and introduce you to the smallest country in the world Vatican City State
Golden plated ceiling, optical illusions, Michelangelo’s Pietà, Bernini’s statues, and incredible mosaics, you will be lost in a world full of beauty
After a thorough tour of the church, your guide will take you to the Vatican grottoes where you will see the tomb of St. Peter, the tombs of the popes, and the remaining columns from Constantine’s original basilica (1700 years old)
The tour will finish next to a graceful fountain with drinkable water. At that point, you will have the option to return inside the church and revisit what you saw, or to climb the dome and see a 360 degree panoramic view of Rome

Amazing experience! Our tour guide, Hannah, was super knowledgeable and the info she shared with us, coupled by her great humor, made the whole experience absolutely wonderful! I travelled with my mum on a wheelchair but Hannah made sure we didn't miss out on any introduction whilst still getting the priority entrance to St Peter' Basilica. Was a truly fantastic experience!

As erudite as a Maronite. A statement that doesn’t even begin to describe the experience with Peter. You will be transported into the heart of the human experience. You will realise that a tour of St Peters Basilica is not just one into the realms of beauty or history, it is an excavation of yourself. The story of St Peter, the significance of the statues of the apostles, the mysterious Egyptian obelisk, all of these however different possess a unifying similarity. One that lies at heart of all us.
Yet you will only see such a perspective through the eloquent words of Peter. He articulates his immense intelligence in an incredibly accessible manner.
It is no irony that we can only know of the brilliance and significance of St Peter through a man that bears his same name.

we recommend the "Small Group Walking tour of St. Peter's Basilica". Our tour guide was wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire experience informative and enjoyable. Be prepared for some long wait lines to enter, but our guide made the wait interesting with engaging stories and fascinating facts about the Basilica and its history.

I was lost for words, since college when I learned art history I have always wanted to come to Rome and see St. Peter’s. Soo marvelous, soo breathtaking, Michelangelo’s Pieta. Everything great just rolled up into one beautiful thing. Definitely a must see. Wish I could visit soon again!
