The museum was very obviously incredible. Absolutely go to the museum. But skip this viator tour. The audio didn’t even come close to lining up with the rooms — like at all. After 5 minutes we put our phones away and carried on by ourselves. The information sounded great — it just didn’t map to any room and was a waste.

Great Picasso Museum, easy entry with this ticket, however the audio does not provide details of most paintings. They are also not following the room sequence. My sister could not use the audio from this vendor as she didn't have internet. So she paid for the normal audio handheld from the gallery and it was definitely easier to operate and more comprehensive. I would just buy that next time.

Unfortunately the tickets we had paid for didn’t arrive in time for the time slot paid for so we had to buy more tickets when we got there which soured the experience

The museum is a well organized joy. I especially enjoyed the rooms dedicated to works in media other than paintings. There were countless examples of sketches and drafts and in one room, an entire wall was
covered with them. Even if you have no prior knowledge of the life and works of Picasso, this tour makes it a breeze to appreciate how prolific and original he was.
Where this tour fell down is with the audio-guide. Too often, the art in the audio wasn't in the room. Understandably, while pieces go on loan to other museums, there were so many we couldn't find that it begged for the guide to be updated. The downloaded version could have been more intuitive, too.

Easy to find and access. Beautiful art pieces and the layout allowed movement around the museum without feeling too busy or overcrowded.

They didn't accept my ticket at the desk and I had to pay separately to get in. So it was a waste of money.

My husband is an artist so just seeing the excitement in his eyes and on his face being there in the museum will be quite memorable. The pieces that were chosen to view were astonishing and we learned more history about the artist. Bought a book but failed to see it wasn’t in English, but still a keepsake.

I bought 2 tickets but it wasn't clear how to share the audio and no-one at the museum could help us, so we walked together with 1 earplug each. The audio didn't line up with the rooms. We gave up on it.
