We begin the walk in the Andorra Valley, we will walk through a peat bog and border the river. These wetlands today are RAMSAR sites, internationally protected environments. Here we learn to interpret the place and its surroundings, being privileged to be there as protagonists.
Upon entering the native Andean Patagonian forest, the ascent begins, where steep slopes are combined with flat sections. The terrain is mountainous, so depending on the weather there may be mud, snow or the trail may be dry.
The forest tells us the story of axemen who decades ago exploited the place and its resources. The climb lasts 2:30 hours and it is important to maintain a constant pace.

Es una excursión que sin dudas hay que hacer una ves en la vida, los glaciares de cerca son imponentes y su retroceso es constante, meterse en uno es una cosa impresionante. De la mano de Nacho, Juan y Andina, los guías que tuvimos, fue aún muchísimo mejor la experiencia. Súper recomiendo hacerla y más con ellos.

100% recomendable. Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, desde el día cero con la comunicación inicial, nos sacaron todas las dudas y realizaron una entrevista para asegurarse de que estén dadas todas las condiciones para realizar este treking en invierno. Siempre velando por la seguridad de todos, nos brindaron todos los elementos de seguridad necesarios y también ofrecen alquilar indumentaria si no la tuvieras. Excelente coordinación del transporte y puntualidad. Los guías con los que compartimos muy buena onda y capacitados. Guias con mucha experiencia y entrenamiento. Y, sobre todo, un extra que sean gías locales porque le aportan mucha más información sobre la historia del lugar.

Excelente día pasamos haciendo el trekking al Glaciar Vinciguerra. Nuestro guía fue Juan, quien nos acompaño de manera entretenida y segura en todo nuestro trayecto. La experiencia es mucho mejor de lo que parece! Supero nuestras expectativas ampliamente!

Increíble! Juan y Nacho guías de lujo, muy buena onda! El paisaje es único y el trekking está muy bien diagramado, con paradas para que todos podamos llegar. El sandwich que ofrecen de almuerzo es muy bueno, al igual que los snacks. Nos encantó compartir el camino con Andina y Negro, realmente le da el toque distintivo a la experiencia! La atención en Táun es realmente inmejorable, desde que mandas un mensaje, te tratan con mucha calidez, y te recomiendan experiencias en base a tus preferencias y condiciones físicas. Los súper recomendamos!!

I 100% recommend TAUN for excursions, they are super professional. I went with my partner and my sister, and the guides (Joaco and Gian, geniuses) were attentive at all times. Throughout the tour they informed us about the difficulties of the road, and they explained to us about the flora and fauna of the place. When we arrived at the glacier we ate a delicious sandwich and they gave us tea to warm us up. The landscape is incredible but TAUN made the experience even more beautiful. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent. A must-do excursion if you come to Ushuaia. Everything is wonderfull; the views, the experience, luckily I had a day where there was no wind and enough snow to make the trekking without problems.
If you have to take into account that it is necessary to have a good physical condition, if you do nothing I do not recommend it because you are going to suffer or you are not going to arrive at all. It is not necessary to be an athlete either, but you do have to do sports regularly to allow you to keep up with the pace of the activity.
In my case I did it in autumn/winter and it was magical because of how the snow changes the entire landscape and the experience itself. In summer it must be different but still, incredible too.

Incredible trekking, not only was the day great but the guides Lucía and Giann were excellent. A 100% for the excursion.
In winter the good thing is that you can access the cave and the snow allows you to walk in places that you cannot in summer. It is demanding but not impossible, recommended.
