This is a unique and spiritual adventure which involves visiting a series of Inca ruins that used to be part of the real state of the Inca King. During our walk we will try to connect with history and the different elements which played a strong role during the Inca Empire, such as sacred sites and entities in nature.
The site that we will visit includes Inca temples, sacred sites (known as Huacas by the Incas) and fantastic views of nature alongside a river.
The breathwork and cold plunge is designed to be a transformative experience - but this experience is so much more than that, because we will talk about the history, landscape, and other fun facts you’d want to know.

An amazing experience, I highly recommend it to anyone in Cusco. It's actually multiple experiences in one. A fantastic walk through an archaeological site that is still little known and yet to be discovered, with extraordinary landscapes and passages on an Inka path where you will be alone, far away from the crowds of Machu Picchu. Abimael is an archaeologist and is conducting research on the site: he knows every stone and every secret. He will explain it to you with passion but also with a professionalism and detail that I have rarely found. And then the water, the river, the waterfalls close to the Inka walls and the ability to lead you through a long breathing practice to free you from every problem and immerse yourself in the cold and very clear water. My wife and I did this experience and it is definitely a must! We hiked one of the Inca trails and Abimael was so knowledgeable to point out some different Inca sites. We got to a secluded waterfall where we were led through a meditation and cold plunge. Such a cool experience! Abi was so friendly and intelligent, really made for a nice time.
