In this experience you will learn dishes typical of Andalusian cuisine, such as ajoblanco and Malaga salad, which we finish with a Paella, the first recipe known in Spain.
During the class, the chef will give her clients advice on where to buy good products and places in Malaga that they should visit, as well as gastronomic places of interest.
They are fun, enjoyable and 100% participatory classes. Also, everyone who attends will get a gift at the end of the class, but it's a surprise, so to find out you have to come to our class!

My husband, 21 year old daughter and I really enjoyed the class. Laura and Nahuel were friendly, gracious and shared a lot about living and cooking in Spain. The instruction was very good and the recipes were super yummy. We highly recommend this class!

Laura and her entire team were super friendly and attentive at all times. The class is very fun, educational and not at all complicated (especially for those like me who are beginners in the kitchen!) Not only do you learn how to cook a complex and particular dish, but then you enjoy a quiet dinner trying the delicacies you have made. prepared. Whether you go with your friends or alone, I 100% recommend this experience!

The food, the instructions on cooking it, the atmosphere, and the general tips on visiting Málaga were all amazing. Great way to spend an afternoon, learning about local food, eating a large traditional lunch, meeting new people, and having some drinks.

My daughter and I loved this cooking class! Laura, our instructor chef, trained at Le Cordon Bleu and previously worked at a Michelin star restaurant, so she definitely knows her stuff. We found her to be a very competent and kind cooking instructor. She explained and demonstrated the various steps in making our dishes in a way that even the most novice cooks could understand and participate.
The food was delicious! Some of the dishes combined ingredients that I would never think to put together, but they surprisingly worked. My favorite dish was the Ajo Blanco soup. My daughter’s favorite was the paella. Although my daughter and I don't drink alcohol and didn't try the sangria, the other participants in the class seemed to really enjoy it.
I highly recommend this class to truly experience a taste of Spanish culture. It was a nice change of pace from museums or walking tours. In fact, this was my teenage daughter’s favorite part of our trip to Spain.
For those who want an even more immersive experience in Malaga, I recommend their longer tour, where you go to the market first to pick out the ingredients and then cook the food together. We visited the market on a separate tour and it was fantastic! I would have loved to hear Chef Laura’s tips for picking out ingredients at the market.

What a lovely and nice cooking class we had. Laura and Nahuel learned us making a cold soup, salad en off course the paella. Surprisingly it was a bit different then we expected it to be
. A very pleasant surprise. The soup was a knockout for us and the paella really fun to make together 😀. We enjoyed it very much. Good explanation, fun and the recipes for at home. Definitely we will give it a try at home. Thanks to everyone in class and don’t miss out on this one

I attended a cooking class with Laura in Málaga, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We prepared sangria, a traditional cold soup, potato salad with oranges (my favorite), paella, and an incredible sorbet for dessert. The class was both professional and friendly. Laura did her best to teach us how to prepare these amazing dishes, explain a lot about traditional food, and answer all the questions we had. It was an amazing experience, and the meal we prepared was fantastic.

DON`T GO FOR THIS CLASS
I couldn't visit this (22.05.2024 17:00), because they cancelled 6 hours before start, I couldn't book any other class. I booked them in advance 3-4 days before. And they don't provide any money compensation or substitution, only full refund. But I lost time and opportunity to book any other class.
Their policy - if no people, we don't care about your plans, just take your money and go...
