My family and I recently traveled with Marvel Pass Tours in June to visit the Louvre Museum. We were bit worried but our calls and doubts were answered quickly and efficiently, we highly recommend them for an exceptional travel experience.

The Louvre Museum is a wonderful place. The collections of art are stunning! The issue for us was getting our tickets. This caused MUCH STRESS.
The tickets were supposed to be sent to us in our Viator App. The instructions also said to meet at the main ticket entrance.
The vendor did NOT have anyone at the Lourve, and it took multiple calls to get our tickets sent. This, along with very long lines to get in, and almost missing our time slot, caused so much stress my wife and I did not enjoy.
A warning: EXPECT very crowded conditions from the moment you enter, to the moment you leave The Lourve. Entering the room and seeing the Mona Lisa, is a poorly controlled, actually dangerous experience. It is basically a high body contact shoving match with several hundred people at one time. This is perfect place for pick-pockets, so be aware. After almost being pushed to the floor, my wife abandoned her attempt to see this world famous piece of art.
Two parting Points: 1. Be ready for a terrible crowd everywhere you move in the Louvre. 2. Viator should and needs to police its vendors. This was the second bad experience we have had in Paris

Regretfully could not locate the people to give the voucher to and receive entry tickets. Also tried calling the ‘organizer’ but no one picked up. Not sure if because of the holiday or what but a complete waste of money. Surprised as we usually do well with Viator.

The tickets for Louvre were sent at 12:59pm for our 1 pm tour. We were at the Louvre gate at 12:30pm but did not have wifi to receive the tickets which were sent at 12:59 pm which is 1 minute before the start of the 1pm tour. Also, no one at the Louvre ever heard of the tour operator Marvel Pass Tours. Besides getting the tickets 1 minute before the tour starts is not acceptable. Of course, we were not able to use the tickets.
Please refund us back to the credit card it
