Great tour guide. Excellent information before and during the tour. Very easy to locate the meeting place and we had lots of extra time to explore after the guided tour ended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Schonbrun tour. Our guide was informative, and imparted a considerable amount of information with easy grace and humor. We learned so much about the beautiful palace and gardens, and the Hapsburgs who made it all happen.

Our guide (Siri) was very helpful and knowledgeable! Skipping the lines to the palace was great…. We didn’t have to wait in a single line! You do not have to get there early either, there are enough parking spots(in the morning tour), and no waiting! The guide/check in is very easy to find! The palace was very interesting especially with a guide telling you all of its secrets! I would not recommend without a guide, but with a guide it is amazing and I strongly recommend!

This was the perfect tour length: one hour in the palace and one hour in the garden. Deter was very knowledgeable and was a great tour guide!

The tour was very informative and gave us quick access to the palace. It was so crowded in the summer, without the Skip the Line we would have been doomed. Though the front gardens were closed for summer concert, there is a lot to see. Carolina was our guide- lovely and knowledgeable and friendly. Worth the extra money. And walk to the Gloriette for late lunch/treats. Thank you!!

Michael S was a great guide, Knowable, funny and interesting. His English was outstanding. The day was very hot so it also was hot in the castle. There is water to buy everywhere. Great mix on the tour inside and outdoors. We thank the guide for giving us tip of restaurants, we had lunch after the tour in a smaller, hidden restaurant back in the gardens. Stroll around in the beautiful garden! This day was too hot for Gloriette, but we have been up there before, Gloriette is a must at Schoennbrunn. I think the tour is NOT fun for smaller (under 12?) children.

Our guide was spectacular. He was a great storyteller who made history come to life. His depth of knowledge , sense of humor, and flare for the dramatic made the tour informative and fun.
