I went to the meeting point 20 minutes early. I waited 30 minutes past the pick up time. My driver never showed. It wasn’t until I reached out to custom service that I received a message (nearly an hour after the scheduled pick up time) saying they did not have a driver and I’d receive a refund in 3 to five business days. Disappointment does not cover my feelings about this experience. The lack of communication began just after I bought my ticket. I was not told what to look for, the type vehicle I was waiting for. Zero stars if I could. Do not recommend. Stay far away!!
