We took a tour the Nile River cruise from Luxor to Aswan and Dr. Ashraf was our guide. We couldn’t ask for anyone better, Dr. Ashraf was extremely knowledgeable and was capable of not only sharing the history and context of each site, he was also able to make it relatable to present day for easy comprehension. Further to his dedication to for his trade, Dr. Ashraf commitment to service is beyond commendable. Knowing the river cruise doesn’t serve water during meal times, he heard our ask, and ensured 2x 1.5 liter of water was provided for lunch and dinner - FOC. On top of this, on the last day, as we flew to Cairo, to my horror I discovered I left my AirPods in Luxor at the hotel from the 1st day. Dr. Ashraf somehow got hold of the AirPods in Luxor and found a way to send it to me all the way to Cairo before I flew back to Singapore again free of charge. All in all, Dr. Ashraf made our trip enjoyable, safe, and educational. Book this tour and ask only for Dr. Ashraf, you won’t regret it.

Ashraf is a very knowledgeable and passionate guide. He makes every effort to make sure his clients understand the history and culture of Egypt. He willingly answers questions and is very approachable and flexible with customizing the schedule towards his clients’ interests. He is readily available when needed. We appreciated the offer of additional activities that aligned with our interests such as visiting Catholic Churches along the tour route. It was very cool that he was able to read the hieroglyphs and incorporated it into the tour. He spoke good English and was easy to understand. Our health, safety and comfort were a priority, as Ashraf was always making sure to offer us water and checking to see if we needed to take a break. He was very punctual and we would highly recommend him for future clients.

Our Trip to Egypt became memorable especially since we booked everything with this company they made our travel hassle free and completely private. Everything was prebooked and taken care to the perfection. From airport pickup to the nile cruise, Abu Simbel, the Pyramids in Giza and the Dashur village all the places were well organized. We were very happy with the company they took care of all our entrance tickets, meals etc covered so that we don't have to stand in lines.
In Cairo our guide HODA was simply superb lady. She went above and beyond to take us around and do detailed explanation. She is very knowledgeable and caring for her customers. I would highly recommend Hoda as your guide for your Pyramids trip.
Before going to Egypt I was nervous with everything going on but we felt very safe and comfortable after going there seeing friendly people and being with our guide. Will definitely visit again if i have money & time :)

What an experience!!! A perfect trip planned out by Luxor and Aswan Travel. I can recommend this to anyone and everyone. We did the Esmeralda cruise which was lovely in all aspects. Pool, food, staff, cleanliness and comfort.
The part that made it a "private tour", our tour guide, Mo (Fetas Moha), was such a great tour guide, gentleman and now friend. Extremely knowledgeable about everything, not just the history of Egypt, but also current affairs. He helped us with photos, advice, always gave us all the options, negotiating with the locals, just going above and beyond. We were so lucky to have him as a guide and highly recommend that you ask for Mo! He easy going, fun, and a good sport.
We really can't fault this trip, its one to remember.
Pack your shorts, suncream and hat, and book this tour for an unforgettable experience. It exceeded our expectations.

We had a great experience on this Nile Cruise, the places, history and landscapes are just amazing! Mahmoud is a great guide, very passionate and so knowledgeable, we really appreciated his company, the insights on ancient Egypt and the advises for enjoying at best your holiday. The trip was great! We visited every temple, which are breathtaking, and the guide was alright. I would have appreciated if the guide put a little bit more effort when explaining the paintings and the art in general. But other than that, it was fine.
As for the Zeina Cruise, it was all very nice. The staff was absolutely amazing, specially the chefs and waiters. The food was way better than I expected and the rooms were spacious and clean.
Definitely a trip to remember.

There are MANY boats and tours and tour companies offering this adventure, almost all of which offer virtually the same itinerary at many price points. Our boat (Sonesta Moon Goddess) was a step above what we expected, and arguably one of the better boats on the route. But what made Luxor and Aswan Travel stand out was their extremely responsive communication. All of my pre-trip contacts were answered rapidly, if not immediately. It's hard to believe Hany is only one person, but maybe he is. And if so he is the most amazing and responsive travel planner on earth. They arranged air (EgyptAir) from Cairo to Luxor and back to Cairo from Aswan, including transfers both ways in Cairo. We also did the Abu Simbel trek, which was a highlight of the trip for me. They arranged a private guide/Egyptologist (George) who was smart, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful. I can't say enough good things about him. There were times when I might have liked the anonymity of a group, but we learned so much more having him to ourselves.
I think we could have spent somewhat less $ with other arrangements, but the high level contact we got from Luxor and Aswan Travel was well rewarded. And, while I'm not certain, I believe they made extra effort to get us on a boat well above the class of service we expected and paid for. Thanks so much to Hany and his team for perfect arrangements.

We loved the Nile River Cruise and excursions to the temples, the dams, the specialty markets. Our guide, Mahmoud Hassan, an expert Egyptologist, gave us a vivid picture of ancient sites and shared the highlights of temple preservation. The cruise along the Nile from Luxor to Aswan had beautiful scenery and sunsets, as well as comfort amenities.

We have just had the most amazing time on our Egyptian Nile cruise with Luxor and Aswan Travel. We booked Sonesta Moon Goddess Nile Cruise and from the start Hany the agent was very responsive. We were advised 24 hours before the start of the cruise what the pick up time would be at our hotel and the private car and guide Waleed were on time. Firstly we assumed we would be part of a group tour not realising that this was a private tour just for the two of us which was amazing. Our guide stayed with us on the whole trip, briefing us on each site we were about to see. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of Egyptology and brought the whole experience to life. Waleed certainly has a vast knowledge of history of Egypt that he can call upon and is passionate about the detail. He wasn't just an exceptional guide he was a wonderful person with a great sense of humour. If you are lucky enough to have Waleed on this tour you will not be disappointed. We felt very safe and well looked after and would certainly recommend this tour to others. Thank you Waleed and Hany for your great customer service.
